Ontario Excess Soil provides expert support to help project owners, contractors, and consultants meet the requirements of Ontario Regulation 406/19 – On-Site and Excess Soil Management.

Our team, led by a P.Eng. and Qualified Person (QP), ensures that all excess soil movement and reuse activities are conducted in accordance with regulatory standards. This includes verifying soil quality, ensuring appropriate reuse site selection, and maintaining proper documentation for inspections and reporting.

We work closely with clients to integrate compliance into the project workflow, minimizing delays and avoiding costly penalties.
